Skills & Requirements:
Development and Analysis:
- Possesses development skills with experience in PHP, MySQL. Knowledge of Laravel is appreciated but not required.
- Supports analysis of the current situation and business processes (e.g., in marketing, CRM, ecommerce, online presence), mapping systems, and application configuration.
- Aids in application selection, defining application architecture, and integrations.
System Configuration:
- Configures systems and applications, optimizes web frontends, including graphical enhancements.
- Implements application integrations using standard interfaces for API management (e.g., Zapier, Make).
Support:
- Provides training on the functionality and usage of applications, operational support, and problem resolution.
- Handles maintenance and bug fixing of websites and related applications.
Fields of Expertise:
- Websites, eCommerce, CRM & Collaboration, eLearning.
- Experience with WordPress, Woocommerce, Magento, Bitrix24, Active Campaign, Learndash, Buddyboss is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
