The Owner of the service is the Damanhur Association of Social Promotion, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, with office located at Via Pramarzo 5 – 10080 Baldissero Canavese (TO) Italy. Personal data handled is that which is provided by the interested person at the moment of registration.
Purpose of handling
Personal data of those who subscribe to the mailing list is handled with the sole purpose of processing their request to be able to receive our newsletter.
Information for those who want to receive the newsletter
For those who want to receive the newsletter, Damanhur Association of Social Promotion, Data Handling Proprietor, requires very few personal details. The user’s country of origin and choice of language are requested in order to provide service in the best possible way. An email address is requested and used to send the newsletter and, upon request, to unsubscribe the user from the newsletter. Under Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 6 of GDPR 679/16, the concerned party may revoke consent that has been given at any moment. The handling that is subject of the current information does not require consent in that it has been carried out to follow up on a request by the concerned party.
