My name is Wallaby Pulsatilla and I am a midwife living in Damanhur. In almost forty years of my profession, I have worked both as a midwife at home and in a hospital, always with a goal in my heart, to recover all the physical and spiritual nobility of pregnancy and the birth process. In Damanhur I have studied the subject of the Grail as an element connected to the health/disease balance, and I would like to share my experience with you.
For many years, together with other midwives, Damanhurian health workers, and Falco Tarassaco, we have developed the topics related to conception, pregnancy and birth, from the viewpoint of both women, children and the society as a whole. In the middle of the last century, in the second post-war period the “civilized” countries were deeply affected by the emptying of meanings of these phases of life and in particular by the passivity toward which woman were forced. Fortunately, precisely because the lowest point was reached, the awareness that it was necessary to reaffirm the importance of those moments was reawakened in many parts of the world. I have been part of many groups of midwives who have worked in that direction together with brave women and men.
The disease of humanity
This was a much-debated issue with Falco, and in Damanhur. Especially in the early years, it was common for births to happen at home, with all the necessary assistance but without the coldness, so typical of hospitals at the time. Today, fortunately, many maternity wards have become a more comfortable place to be born in, give birth and work as a midwife.
When we started to reflect in Damanhur on the disease as a way to contact the Grail, my thoughts immediately went to the process of birth. A child who is born represents a soul that is embodied to participate in the project of evolution of the universe. To do this, the soul needs to be formed harmoniously, through gestation and then the moment of birth.
Instead, if we look at the transformation of these events in the course of human history, what was once a great manifestation of power became weakness. In ancient times when the woman felt that the moment had come she would disappear and then return, bringing with her a new creature. At a certain point, this was somehow transformed into a phase of weakness with the onset of manipulating woman, bringing fear of childbirth, hospitalization, and power to doctors, with the child being extracted from the body almost like a disease after having been a source of fatigue and concern for the mother for nine months. This concept, in my opinion, is a real disease of humanity, perhaps it is “the” most serious disease of all.
Reflecting on the Grail with this perspective means considering that if women, and men as a result, recover the vision of the true essence of birth, they can take a great step forward in the awareness of their true nature and their mission in the universe.
Build peace
The mother knows how to give birth and the child knows how to be born. Sometimes with ease and at other times with difficulty, but always as an event that goes without saying, precisely because it is part of the cycle of life. Understanding the mystery of birth, learning to consider the preciousness of it and not through fear, means doing the same with regard to death, which represents the image mirror of birth.
In my opinion, reflecting on the Grail means educating women to live this experience to the fullest, relying on the atavistic wisdom they have inside, being in contact with nature, with music, with the power of breathing, preparing for childbirth as we prepare ourselves for a mountain climb: challenging but a bearer of great, great satisfaction.
Ibu Robin Lim, an American midwife with whom I have often collaborated, says that
“peace is built one child at a time”
It’s true! Every child who comes from a wise pregnancy and from a harmonious birth will be a serene, peaceful, supportive individual, capable of thinking of others as well as of themselves. My mission is to assist in the process of birth for so many children like this, together with their mothers, their fathers and all the health workers who are sensitive to this view. It is my way of looking for the Grail, to make sure that more and more people are getting their turn to have a profound experience.

Spero che gli spagnoli sono obbligati ad essere negativi prima di poter entrare altri paesi europee dove questo è un requisito per legge.
Wow! To risk the health and lives of others for your own “freedom” is the height of spiritual bypassing. Wake up, friends. It’s not all about you.
I appreciate the approach that Damanhur has taken to promote its livelihood while in service. Respect of individual soveriegnty while maintaining growth nowadays is a slippery slope, and looks like you are navigating it well.
Events nowadays surely expose, demonstrate the power that exists in belief systems.
I once believed that vaccines actually eradicated diseases and gratefuly accepted that agenda for myself, and for my family. Then 20 years ago, I learned firsthand otherwise. In my experience, vaccines cause more harm than benefit. Since switching protocol from reliance on an outside source, and building internally that which promotes true health, we are stronger in mind, body, spirit.
I feel that what we are witnessing now, participating in to some degree – is fruition of individual’s belief systems.
If one is convinced that they need a vaccine to live, and to protect others, then that option is provided for them. Not right or wrong. Just a learning field. We are all walking each other home.
For me, I choose to be vaccinated for others, seeing how the pain and sorrow of death in a family can devastate the family unit, and the greater family of humanity as a whole. Humanity is grieving. There is so much shock, loss and sadness because those we love, we cherish, are dying from a disease that is unbelievably swift, ruthless and uncaring of its host.
I see our bodies as a Universe of interdependent organisms, all working in harmony to function, live and thrive. Each organism doesn’t say “It’s my right to choose to function, or not” it does so because it’s a part of the whole and knows the best option for its survival is the survival of the body.
Maybe our Egos, our feeling of self righteousness is the disease that keeps us from seeing our role as a part of humanity. Maybe the collective feeling of being unable to choose isn’t about the vaccine at all, but a focal point of our Shadow Self that is still separate from our selves.
“When it’s hysterical, it’s historical” is a saying I heard when it comes to unresolved personal issues. In other words, when I strongly react to an issue, with indignation, anger, and fear, maybe it is not about the issue at present, but about an old wound that is still awaiting healing. Growing up, I didn’t get a choice as a child, my opinion then was ignored and it was infuriating how powerless I felt. Unless I take the time to heal that wound in me, I will continue to rail against anything I see as robbing me of choice. I will make up fantastical stories to justify my reasons to fight, and seek others who support my stories. I’ve learned this is Ego. Right, wrong, good, bad, better than, less than are all conversations that stem from Ego.
In the face of a known pandemic, with way too many deaths, grieving and pain, my duty was to the greater whole, and get vaccinated, knowing choice isn’t always about me.
My personal belief in view of the CORONA Virus is to fight it as ONE to get vaccinated as many times as the health organization reccomend and to help the poorer nations to do the same.
Sadly the naivity and ignorance continues to reach new hights. Nobody loves or really wants to be vaccinated. But for society to work it has to be done. If everybody said no to vaccination society would be shut down and mutations would multiply as every unvaccinated person is a potential mutation factory. Study the history of vaccines of small pocks, measles etc and you will understand why being in your ego and letting others get vaccinated for your benefit is neither a mature nor responsible decision.
It’s a very complex and personal concern.
At 76, with significant risk factors, my choice is to be vaccinated to protect not only myself but also others. I mask and follow distancing guides, as I am concerned for exposure to Delta variant or carriers. I feel a personal responsibility not only for my safety but out of deep respect for others, choose to be vaccinated. It does need to be a personal response. Perhaps the most important value is about Respect and Care for self and Others. Sincerely, Barb
This is the same conclusion as the high court here is Spain. The government wanted the pass , the judiciary ruled against it . The government appealed and lost . Spain has ( at the moment, and long may it last ) no so called green / health pass. For the same reasons as you state . Untested vaccinated people are more worrisome , as time has shown than unvaccinated tested people . Solidarity with you all .
Hi! So in Damanhur no one asks for the green pass? Everyone can still be free?
Every human being has the right to live in freedom, and making decisions for their own body. No institution or so called government has the right to force people into an immoral and sinister action. If so it means ownership of someone else, and this is called slavery.
