There are an infinite number of reasons to explain what has motivated us to take on a spiritual path, deciding to participate in a community like Damanhur.
Some of the reasons are: curiosity, the desire to live in an alternate way, and the special feeling of having received a call. Without knowing exactly what would happen afterward, we decided to trust and dive in!
We have gathered the experiences of many Damanhurians regarding their first visit to Damanhur, their personal stories and the reasons why they chose to live here.
